One of the most important roles of the IPO advisor is to act as the Project Manager for the IPO by bridging all the Advisory teams, coordinating the work flow, due diligence and documentation process and ensuring the smooth progress of the IPO. We also acts as a bridge between the management and the other advisers, thus saving the company’s management considerable time and effort in ensuring that the IPO proceeds to plan.
